I think I’m turning Japanese (in Seville?!)

Sushi craving sated. For now.

Oasis Backpackers Seville

As a backpacker you often have foods from home, or just foods that can be hard to find, that you miss and crave.

The Oasis crew had a craving for sushi the other day and discovered online a lunch deal at Kaede Macarena. Little did we know just how good this deal would be. We were busy trying to choose between miso soup and spring rolls before we were enlightened that we could have it all.

For 8.50 Euros we scoffed down miso soup, cucumber and seaweed salad, and the most amazing deep fried chicken spring rolls (and here we were thinking the Chinese knew how to do ‘em right). This was just for starters. Between every mouthful we couldn’t stop uttering ‘This is amazing’. ‘So good’. ‘So tasty’. Okay we love food. But we’re in Spain! It makes complete sense, except for maybe the Japanese part.
